Ryan lives in Cape Coral and got into roof repair after helping friends and neighbors make sense of storm damage and repair estimates. He believes homeowners deserve a clear explanation of the problem and a realistic discussion of the options before deciding anything.

Scheduling and Estimates Coordinator
Melissa grew up in Lee County and keeps the office side running. She gathers details about each leak or damaged roof, lines up assessments around the weather and makes sure every customer knows what happens next.
Tyler Brennan
Roof Repair Field Lead
Tyler leads repairs on site, with a particular interest in tile roofs and how underlayment, flashing and drainage work together to keep water out. Off the clock, he spends his time fishing the canals and Matlacha Pass.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what you have noticed and gathering basic information about the roof, the symptoms and when the problem began. Next we arrange an assessment, then explain our findings, the proposed repair, materials, expected cost and any limitations that may affect the result. We keep you informed throughout. If weather affects the schedule, the repair uncovers additional damage or the scope needs to change, we talk to you before any additional work is approved.
